*We do our best to ship adoption packages within 3-5 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding any holiday(s). During busy holiday months (November, December, and January), please allow 7-8 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding any holiday(s).

The symbolic adoption donation is not a purchase of merchandise; it is a donation to our nonprofit organization. You will receive a tax receipt detailing the fair market value of the items received. The adoption package cannot be refunded.
